I can't update my Revolar wearable. What do I do?

First, make sure you have the latest version of the Revolar app before updating your device’s firmware (software programmed into the Revolar wearable). Here are some tips to make sure your update is successful:

  • Be sure to keep the update screen open until the update is complete.
  • Make sure that your phone’s battery is fully charged and that Bluetooth® is enabled.
  • Make sure your Revolar wearable battery isn’t too low. Replace your battery and try the update once again.
  • If asked for a Bluetooth pairing code, follow these steps.

What's New?

Once the new firmware (version 6.0.5) is installed, iOS users will be able send alerts even if the app isn't running in the background. We still recommend keeping the Revolar app running in the background, and only relying on this new firmware functionality as a precaution.
