After setting up your device, please check for common performance issues on your wearable before you head out into any situation where you might use Revolar. To check that you're connected, open the Revolar app. Look for any messages displayed on your app home screen while the Revolar wearable is within Bluetooth® range of the paired smartphone.
If your wearable isn’t communicating properly with your paired smartphone, you’ll see a message describing what’s happening. (We'll also send you notifications if this is enabled on your phone). Common issues include: disabled Bluetooth, Airplane Mode enabled and disabled cellular data.
